Quartier Friedrich-Creuzer-Strasse
Neuperlach still has potential; Between Friedrich-Creuzer-Strasse and Karl-Marx-Ring, where the Piederstorfer gravel pit used to be, a new quarter with around 1,300 apartments is being built. The centre is a public park that opens to the Truderinger Wald forest. The green area in the extension of the Ständlerstrasse serves to protect air quality. Three children’s day nurseries are planned, a meeting hub for children and young people, a community centre and 1,600 square metres of retail space. 390 subsidised apartments, provide a range of residential options for different income groups.
