For the time being, the last quarter on the central railroad axis is being built here.
The architects have planned generous courtyard structures with trees and garden beds.
There will be stores for daily needs.
There will also be a central square.
A school is coming to the neighborhood.
Between the residential courtyards of different heights are walkways that lead from the interior of the settlement to the landscape parks.
A pedestrian and bicycle path in the landscaped park will connect the neighborhood with the Pasing train station and the Nymphenburg Palace Park.
It is often criticized that new developments resemble white shoeboxes.
This accusation is unfounded, at least here.

Facades in the neighborhood, 2020
In October 2020, the first plane trees could be planted.
Right next to the Paul-Gerhard-Allee residential area is Hall 2, which is the city's second-hand department store. Here everyone can buy good, but used goods cheap.
Where apartments are being built today, an industrial park stood in 1982.
Residential area Paul-Gerhard-Allee
This used to be an industrial area - today the area between Paul-Gerhardt-Allee, Bärmannstrasse and the two railway lines in Pasing-Obermenzing is the last section of Zentrale Bahnflächen (central railway areas) that is still under construction. The 33-hectare area is divided into 13 construction areas, for each of which a separate architectural competition was initiated. In addition to the approximately 2,400 apartments that are being built here, the construction of a large primary school with a sports hall as well as day-care facilities for children, shops and a neighbourhood centre is planned. Almost a third of the new quarter is planned to be landscaped. A footpath and cycle path around this landscaped park will provide a connection to the Pasing railway station and the Nymphenburg Palace Park.
