Nawiaskystrasse Redevelopment

Nawiaskystrasse is a typical example of Neuperlach’s densification. As in the early days of Neuperlach, today Munich is experiencing great population growth. The three strategies of densification, restructuring and development of the outskirts are currently opening up new areas for residential construction. Here, a car park made way for three new residential buildings. 45 apartments were created, with large, glazed corner loggias facing south-west, which serve as sound insulation buffers. A children’s day nursery complements the social infrastructure in the settlement.
